Beschreibung
Diese Solosonate ist hier zum ersten Mal veröffentlicht. Sie hat wie die A-Dur-Sonate von Schaffrath (siehe G048) alle Eigenschaften des galanten Stils, stellt aber weniger hohe technische Anforderungen an die Spieler. Sehr geeignet als Einführung in die Literatur der Berliner Schule.

introduction to the music of this school, being considerably less
technically demanding than most of the other works, but displaying
many of their significant stylistic traits. ... The part does not go
above B-flat, and the bowing patterns are, on the whole
straightforward. The piece is attractive and tuneful."
